Cinderella Castle vs Liberty Tree Tavern characters?

Hey guys! we're trying to save as much money as we can on dining while still doing character meals. a few questions about characters:
At Cinderellas castle, who's there for breakfast? It says 'princesses and friends'. does this mean all the princesses? and Cinderella?
And just clarifying-Liberty Tree Tavern only has characters for dinner, right? none at lunch?

Cinderella's Table has Cinderela, snow white, Belle, Sleeping Beauty, and the Fairy God Mother. Liberty Tree Tavern had Minnie, Chip and Dale?,Goofy, and Pluto, that all I can remember. We ate at LTT for Dinner so there was chracters there then. I'm not sure about for lunh.
