Cinderella birthday thank you card?

Is anyone able to design a Cinderella thank you card for my daughter's birthday? I was hoping to have a background on the card, possibly a blue damask, but if it's not possible, then not a requirement. I would like the card to have an image of Cinderella, some wording thanking the guests, and also include a picture of all the girls that were at the party.

I have the picture and the wording I was hoping to use that I could forward on to you. I would also like the card to be a 5x7 in size.

Is there anybody that could help me in this?
