Cinderella Birthday Design Needed

I am in need of a design for my daughter's 3rd birthday for a shirt. Is anyone able to make something similar to these pictures.

I would like it to have the Cinderella and not the crown and I am not looking for any detail designs around the Cinderella. Basically jsut want it to say 3rd Birthday Princess with the Cinderella as well. Does this make sense?

Also, if the writing could be more of a Royal Blue than a light blue that would be great.
