Hi Su-Lynn! I know you’re getting ready for another andenture very soon! So I wanted to pop in and say hi .

We did really enjoy the day we did EMM, it was fun to have that section of the parks so empty. It was a bit of a bummer at first for us because 7DMT was down for a bit so we rode PP and Pooh and then it was back up again. Kiya and I rode 7D 6x in a row and Bob lasted 4. I’d say it was fun to do once but probably wouldn’t make it a regular thing. Breakfast was decent. We got all of our riding in first and then did breakfast last. Yes, kinda pricey for 3 ride access and breakfast, but we have to try all the things!

Me too I want to try all the things!! But maybe the EMM is a bit too early for me. I can't even wake up for a proper EMH!

We are going to try out the Disney after Hours thing when we are back in January. Because I’m a sucker for paying an extra $90pp just to have the park virtually to ourselves! . But Mickey ice cream bars, popcorn and soda included lured us in.

That is so cool! One day I'd like to do that! It's like having a Halloween party...without the Halloween!

Oh! Edited to add.. I think you’ll love the MNSSHP! I secretly like it better than the Christmas party. We are hoping to to back down there for Halloween next year with some friends that have never been to DW!

Yay for the cruise so soon! 2 things that I did on my last trip on the Magic a few weeks ago was enjoy the Sommelier Bin in keys (makes it fun not knowing exactly what you are ordering) and the Canvas and Cocktails. Have a blast and enjoy the shows, they were great as always!

The cruise was amazing! Marvel Day at Sea was a blast. I had so much fun. We went to the spa like 4 times, and I spent a lot of time in the rainforest room (again). Sadly we were not able to get into the Canvas and Cocktails. It sold out super quickly on embarkation day. I also messed up my times for the champagne tasting and never made it...doh! But we ate at Palo for brunch and dinner, and celebrated Halloween and Pirate night. Our pirate night was moved indoors because of weather (too much wind), and our last two nights were really rocky but at least we never got rain!

Glad you had a great cruise. I saw all the photos on facebook! I'm sure you are enjoying your WDW time though I don't remember how long your trip is this time.

EMM is definitely too early for me but I'm actually hoping they have it during our trip in June (they did in 2016 but did not in 2017) because we have one park day (on a Tuesday when they quite often have it) and that way, we could spend even more time in the park and not spend our FP on 7DMT and PP or Pooh.

Can't wait to read all about your trips!

Thank you!!! It was really fun to dress up so many times. I felt like all we brought were costumes, haha. But it was fantastic, I loved the cruise and the itinerary. Palo was great! I have to say brunch at Palo is one of my favorite things. Dinner is good as well, but I think I like brunch better! Just as a more casual fell plus all the food is fantasic. Dinner was great too but more formal.

For sure, I could spend another week on the Magic!

Thanks Renee! We just got back tonight - we spent a week in WDW, it was wonderful but also pretty exhausting, especially after the 5k!
Hope EMM is offered for you guys, I think it's pretty awesome how many times you can get on mine train! Everyone we spoke to said they went on it at least 7 times.

We're back!!!

Hi everyone! We are back from our fall trip...it was AMAZING!!! But I'm also really exhausted, plus we ate so much! The last few days were quite tiring but it's mainly because of the 5k...we never fully recovered and then launched into multiple food and wine events.
Maybe I should stick to cruising from now on on, haha!
Or just no more Run Disney! It was fun though. Here are some teaser pictures...

From the cruise: This cruise was my favorite itinerary, nothing can beat stepping off the boat and being home in 45 minutes. All the events were amazing and I loved every minute of it. I thought being on the Magic again would underwhelm me since we were on the much bigger Fantasy last year, but it still blew me away and made me fall in love with the Magic all over again. It's the perfect size ship and so easy to get around. We had the same room we had the first time, 6118 and I loved it!

Departing from NYC: it was 75 degrees and gorgeous the day we departed! That's the Freedom Tower in the background.

Visiting my bucket list: Prince Edward Island. Literally jaw-dropping beautiful. I want to move there and eat seafood all the time.

Halloween on the High Seas! It was a little mini Halloween Party and many guests were into it and there were some amazing costumes! We were...Belle and Gaston, who else?!

At Peggy's Cove Halifax: Such a beautiful little coastal town, it was super windy that day, but overall the weather we've experienced on the trip was much warmer than we expected!

Pirate Night! So much fun! Although that night the ship started rocking incessantly and the weather went from calm to crazy so we did not have a deck party and it moved indoors instead. Still, we enjoyed the Pirate costumes!

I will leave the Marvel Day at Sea as a surprise for my TR, although if you follow me on instagram you already know our costumes. Let me just say that I LOVED Marvel Day at Sea. Maybe more so than Star Wars Day at Sea...it was just so unique and special and you don't always get to see Marvel Characters in the parks (aside from DLR) and seeing so many of them on one day on a ship was just so thrilling!!!!!! I would do a Marvel Cruise again in a heartbeat!!

Following 2 days at home, we flew down to FL. Let me just say that it was colder those first few days in Florida than it was in Canada. I left all my cold weather clothes at home!!

It was such a fun trip!!! We ate a lot and drank more than I ever have at Disney. We at at multiple food and wine booths, had a French family meal, some wine tasting, oh yeah included somewhere is a 10-course meal at Victoria and Albert's with wine pairings.

BTW, here is a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, did you know all the photobooths can be used with your magicband? And if you have memory maker you can add that to your band. It only costs money if you want to print it out. Next trip: find more photo booths! This one was at the Boardwalk resort in front of ESPN zone.

Will be back shortly with the continuation of my August TR and hopefully with the start of our cruise TR on the DCL boards!!

As with all Disney trips, there was a lot of stuff going on! Character meets, meals, park-hopping etc. Whew!
And yes you do need red pants! I loved them and they were a lot more versatile than I thought.

It was amazing, but after the 5k, let me tell you, it was hard to stay awake for all 10 courses. Our dinner lasted 5.5 hours. It was fantastic though.

We're staying at the Dolphin in December! It's so nice to be able to stay on property using points. Anything free is a plus in disney.
And yes, must go to those photo booths!! There's one in space mountain too, and I think in the imagination pavilion.
