Chunkymonkey and Chubbyhubby eat for free! WE ARE BACK! Photo Teasers pg. 23!!

So in love with your necklaces! Does that site have them often? And, do you mind me asking what they ended up costing from there?

I have some Swarovski Disney jewerly! I don't think my friends/co-workers understand, though. I always get questioned about it. Yes, I'm 25, and I have a Mickey necklace and Tink stuff. Get over it.

Hi Heather! ideeli.com occasionally has the Disney Couture sale. It's the 2nd time in about 6 months that I have seen the sale there. The Wish necklace was 29.99 and the Mrs. Potts was 39.99. I had to pay 8% tax on them plus a shipping fee of 9 dollars. I did some research on whether or not they would end up being a good deal, and yes, they were better than any website I was able to find them on. Check out this link, where the Mrs. Potts necklace is going for 100!
The only negative thing about ideeli.com and other sample sale sites is that usually things sell out within minutes so you have to be quick with your mouse, no pun intended. :cutie:

I am in my mid-30s and I am wearing the Wish necklace today! Hehe.

HI :goodvibes I was interested in reading your PTR due to the adorable title!! hehe.

I must say that I L-O-V-E Disney Couture!! Your Ms. Potts necklace...well...it is amazing :worship: I love it all!!

I told my DH that I wanted the three stack Cinderella ring for Christmas this year! We will be in Disney at WDW in December, so I am lightly hinting to him that I want him to give it to me there ;)

I am really enjoying all of your photos!! What kind of camera do you have? I am due for an upgrade...

Can't wait for more! popcorn::

Hi! I am subbing, so far (only on pg 3) everything looks great! Can't wait to finish & read more as you plan your trip!

Hi Katie! Thanks for visiting my PTR! I get so giddy when I get new readers!

I totally want more Disney Couture too! I am actually not much of a jewelry wearer, aside from my wedding rings and a watch, I pretty much never wear earrings unless I know I will be in pictures, and I wear the same necklace months at a time without taking it off. So it was nice to treat myself to something different. Makes me want to buy more, since they are so cute!!

Thanks for the compliment! I have 2 DSLRs, which I take the majority of my pictures with, a Canon xsi and a Canon 40D. I also have an old canon point and shoot, which is what I used on our TR last year. But I have since upgraded to a Panasonic Lumix TS1 which is a waterproof and shockproof point and shoot. I have actually never brought a large DSLR with me to Disney as I thought it would just be too heavy to lug around. Although I am contemplating bringing my xsi as it's relatively light compared to most DSLRs. I love Canon!

I do post-process my pictures in Adobe Lightroom 2 and Photoshop CS4 so I can give it certain looks.

I am starting to read your PTR too and still have a long ways to catch up but it's wonderful so far! :lovestruc

I edit all my pics too! I have Paint Shop Pro X2 & Picasa. I LOVE taking pics, as you can tell by my PTR!

All your plans look great! I hope one day we can do BOMA & all the other places. We are doing CS only this trip!

 This made me laugh. I do not wear a lot of jewelry either. When I find a piece, (especially a necklace) I tend to not wear any other piece for months on end. I do take the necklace off to go to sleep though... I just thought I was the only female who did this type of thing.

I know a lot of women who actually do this. All my sisters tend to do this. We all have the same Tiffany & Co necklaces we got as gifts and we tend to just wear them all the time. It's also an issue for me because I am allergic to some metals so that's why I tend not to wear too much costume jewelry as it can give me a rash. But so far, the Disney Couture stuff hasn't affected my skin! Yay!

HI!! I get excited for new readers too---so thanks for reading :goodvibes

I have a Cannon Powershot right now. It has been a great "starter camera". My friend just got Photoshop and she is raving about it!! I was looking at the Rebel or the xsi for my next pick. I just love taking pictures :cloud9:

Here's another picture of us on our trip last may. This one was at DHS. A CM took this one. I love Monsters Inc. It is one of my absolute favorite pixar films, along with Up and Toy Story.

Hi Katie, the powershots are fantastic cameras. I am contemplating getting another canon powershot because I just love how their pictures come out and you dont' need much post-processing. My new Panasonic point and shoot is a great camera but the pictures don't have the same contrast and sharpness of the canons. The Rebel is the same thing as the xSi. There are newer Rebel models out now that look fantastic and it is a wonderful entry-level DSLR camera. I've also shot a few weddings with this camera and everyone loves the pictures.

I love that picture! Very cute! :thumbsup2 I have never met Mike at the parks...I'm adding that to my list of must dos!

So after checking the disney website daily, I finally was able to make a T-Rex ADR @ 5pm for Sept. 6th. It's a little earlier than I wanted, but heck, I'll take it for now. It's better than the 9pm ADR which was the only one I could find before. So now our schedule for Sept 6th looks like this, and I'm pretty happy about it. I think I am done making all my ADRs (for now!) :cool1:

Morning:

Breakfast – 8:00am
ADR @ Kona Café
Polynesian Resort

Monorail to MK

Afternoon:

MK
Lunch - QS at MK

Evening:

Dinner 5:00pm ADR @T-Rex Downtown Disney

Walk around Downtown Disney

Hollywood Studios EMH until 11:30pm

If you'd like to meet up for some drinks before or after Boma on the 5th def let us know. Meeting other WDW couples is always cool :thumbsup2

Best of luck and have a great trip! :)

If you see an Asian couple running to Boma make it in time for our ADR, then that would be us. :yay: Flag us down! hehe. Are you staying at AKV? Send me a PM!

Hello, I have just finished reading your PTR, so I am all caught up. I like your pictures. I think the Contemporary Resort was a good choice. Nothing says Disney like a Monorail running through your resort. The ADRs sound really good. I am glad T-Rex worked out for you. I have always wanted to eat dinner at Ohana and then watch Wishes from the beach, so I will be interested to see how that turns out. Good luck with your morning ADRs. My husband and I have a pact to never set an alarm while on vacation, so we could never make it to breakfast that early.

Hi Kate! Thanks for visiting my PTR! We'll see if we make our morning ADRs...LOL. I am begining to second guess them though, and may make them a bit later in the day.

I'm looking forward to hearing about T-Rex! I'm iffy about trying that one so hopefully you have some good reviews!
