Chuck e Cheese Birthday Party at 10am...Do you think I will be okay?

You'll survive :) That's actually the best time to go -- it's fairly quiet for the first couple hours. :)

I was thinking the same thing. I have had a couple of parties there and the earlier the better not only in terms of crowds but also for the child. We would have the party as soon as they opened and it would start to get really busy at the same time we were leaving.

I had my son's 2nd, 3rd and 4th birthdays at CEC, set for the moment they opened! We never did the official party, just got in early and did our own thing by taking over 4 tables. We still have the videos and have a great laugh now that he's a teenager! He was scared of Chuck E and we had footage that PROVES that he had a fear of something!! :rotfl2:

You will Survive..hey, hey.... I did a CEC party for my son and .......

First I was afraid
I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never live
through a day at Chuck E. Cheese
But, I grew strong
I learned how to carry on
I will survive at Chuck E. Cheese.. hey, hey!

LOL Pixie Pop!

I did my son's 7th birthday party at CEC and it was one of the easiest birthday parties ever! They took care of everything! Yes it was hectic, but I figured better have wild and crazy kids at a restaurant than in my house! I would have enjoyed it even more if I wasn't 6 months pregnant at the time! (ANYTHING made me tired at that point!)

It's the first party scheduled that Saturday morning. DS will be 3. Do you think I can survive until 11:30am?

Dear DevotedChristian - only if you pray a lot!

We just did DS's 4th birthday party at 10 am on a Saturday morning. It really worked out well. The place was not crowded at all - most everyone else was part of other party groups. They really did make it pretty easy and the 1 1/2 hours flew by. I would even do it again.

Chuck E. Cheese veteran here (DS had 3 b-day parties there)....you'll be fine. That is actually the best time to go. At lunchtime, the place will start filling up.

BTW...bring lots of handi-wipes & have a great time!!

Other than serving the pizza at 10:30, it's a fine time. Like everyone else said, it's great for the little kids because it's not very crowded. And what 3 year old will complain about getting pizza at 10:30? :teeth: Besides that's just when they serve it, you don't have to eat it then. Although do ask them if they can serve it later, like 11:00. They wouldn't at mine, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
