Great holiday game - although time consuming..:santa:

The other day I did a search on Amazon for different Monopoly type games (one year I got DD "Lighthouseopoly" because she and her DH were married at a lighthouse in Maine) and there were like 800+ variations of Monopoly!!!! Just about every topic you can think of..

Do you have an unusual one?

I think I also saw one that is actually a card game now - supposed to be much faster.. Anyone tried it?

Of course we also have Disney..:santa:

I don't have any, but would love to own The Beatles Monopoly game :goodvibes

We have Pirateopoly. Based on Pirates of the Caribbean. Love it. I'd love to have the Disney Theme Park Edition that they used to just sell at the parks, too. They actually sell it at www.disneystore.com now as well. Pretty cool.

That's the Disney one we have (Disney Theme Park)..:thumbsup2 It's really, really nice..:santa:

I have regular and Disney Monopoly. I think my sister has the Star Wars one.

I have the LOTR version and is there one for Doctor Who?

Anyone have the new Splash Mountain Sorry? (I think that's the one I saw..) Was going to order it for adult DD (another Disney fanatic - LOL), but it was out of stock.. :(

Anything real neat and unique about it?

She already has the Haunted Mansion Clue game..

The one that makes me go hmmmm is the new credit card version. Monopoly is such a great game for teaching about counting money, budgeting, etc . . . Teaching them to swipe a card, and let the card figure out how much money you have is a lousy substitute.

We only have regular, but I think the other versions are cool.

My dd loves to play Monopoly! We have the regular version, the Disney version, and a Pixar version.

I think that a fun version to play during the holidays would be The Christmas Story game with the leg lamp, soap, etc. :)

Yep - I saw that one.. Was very, very tempted..

Right now I think we have:

Christmasopoly
Lighthouseopoly
Disney Theme Park Monopoly
Nascar Monopoly
Regular Monopoly

We have Disney Theme Park Monopoly (LOVE this!!!) & UMASSopoly, with iconic buildings from my alumni college town-I think this is kinda neat!

omg, they better have the other holidays or whoever makes them is so not being PC!

I wouldn't be surprised if they do.. I got about 1/4 of the way through the search and quit.. LOL..

I love all the different Monopoly games. I have a few and I know that my mom bought me two for Christmas.
The ones I have are:
Pixar Monopoly
Spongebob Monopoly (bought that one because DS loves Spongebob)
regular Monopoly
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Monopoly

We get together almost every weekend with my sister and bil and play Monopoly. I'd love to have the Disney parks Monopoly and Haunted Mansion Clue.

I actually just picked up St. Louis-opoly today for my family for Christmas.

I don't own either of these versions but their is A Wizard of Oz version and a Peanuts (the cartoon not the Planter's Peanut) version. I saw them both at a Barnes and Noble the other day.

We have the good ol' regular version, plus the Disney version, and Farm-opoly and NASCAR-opoly as well. Love playing them, especially in the winter.

...I have a friend thats from England, and, years ago when she visited me, she brought the London version of Monopoly - it was pretty cool...

We love our Grinchopoly version. I am always Cindy Lou Hoo.

We have the regular and the dogopoly. They're too time consuming for me.
