We booked a fairly last minute trip (one month out) for Christmas week for our family of five. I wanted to share what I was eventually able to find with lots of refreshing and persistence! It is possible to get good restaurants at reasonable times including inside the parks for a large-ish family during a holiday week (during a pandemic anyway)!

Tiffins comes up with a lot of availability but I'm not taking three picky kids to a signature restaurant. Hollywood Studios seems to have the most limited availability by far.
