This will be at a very crowded time of year, and I'm guessing that all the HC spots will be taken when we arrive for our ADR (dinner at CM). So we'll probably need to avail ourselves of their valet parking services.

Is it possible for this to fill up, too? Can you show up to valet park, not a resort guest, but with an ADR, and be turned away?

I have never heard of the valets turning anyone away. I have seen times (when an event was going on at the Convention Center) where they started to park cars in the large open area in front of the CC. Also, I have never heard of them questioning any person who asks for valet parking why they were there.

BTW, I have had some times I have had to run into one of the resorts for a very short time, either to get something from my room or the shop, or drop something off with the front desk. In that circumstance they would tell me to park in a certain area close to the door and just give my keys to the person at the valet desk. This normally will work for about 20 minutes or less

Thanks for your reply.

This is getting so exciting. We just made another ADR--breakfast at 1900 PF. Staying off site, so I have to do these one day at a time.

Do you know if we valet park can we just take the monorail over to the magic kingdom, or do we have to get the car and move it to the MK parking lot? It's such a hassle taking apart the ECV.

Once you are in valet parking the three hour limit does not apply.

BTW, it is much easier to get to MK from CR by just walking (driving ECV) instead of taking the monorail. From the CR entrance to the MK buses is less than five minutes; to take the monorail you need the elevator to the platform from 4th floor and then it stops at TTC, Poly and GF before reaching MK. Coming back it may be easier to use the monorail as it is only one stop.

It's a relief to learn I won't have to move the car. And that's a great tip! Thanks. Does it work "backwards" for GF?? Breakfast is at 1900 PF, so we should hop on the monorail to go to MK, and to return to get the car by walking? Or is it farther to GF. I'll be on wheels, but the others won't!
Thanks.

There is an uncrossable canal between GF and MK, it cannot be walked.
