I am in the planning stages for our next trip to Disney. We are planning on December 16-28th, 2005. In people's opinions/experience - how has the weather been previous Decembers? We travelled over Christmas in 1997 and were able to wear shorts for most of the time and even swam in the pool on Christmas Eve :sunny:

So - anyone remember the weather when they were there over Christmas?

The Weather has been brutal! Not what is expected when travelling to FLA! But then again, if you go prepared who cares! You're in Disney!

If you are planning going at this time, bring a combination of clothes to be on the safe side! Sweats, Jackets, Pants, Gloves and Hats!

I went last December (8-16) and thought it was quite cool. It was about 15C during the day and it would go down to about 12C during the night. Even though it was sunny during the day it still felt cool because it was quite breezy. I guess you should be prepared with all kinds of clothes ... jeans, shorts, t-shirts and light sweaters because you don't know what you'll get.

You might also want to bring some cold meds just in case. There isn't much of a selection if you're staying on site ... and what is there is pretty expensive. Last December, there must have been some kind of bug going around because practically everyone had a cough or sniffle.
