Christmas specials...what are you watching?

I was flipping through the TV and saw the usual shows on. A wonderful life, a white Christmas, A christmas story, Home Alone. WHich are you watching ... or something else?

I am watching Grand Ole Opry Christmas Special

We are watching A Christmas Story. Well my husband is asleep in front of the TV and I decided to get on the computer, so we aren't really watching it but it is on. I was thinking of watching the Polar Express, I bought the DVD and haven't watched it yet.

This is all British TV...but we have watched/are watching the Top of the Pops Christmas specials, The Santa Clause, Catherine Tate Christmas special, A Christmas Carol, My Family Christmas Special, LOTS of Christmas music video countdowns which have been playing for weeks, and of course the Queen's Christmas Message. Its only my best friend and I celebrating together, so we don't have any plans but relaxing in front of the TV and eating a LOT of food.

Watching It's A Wonderful Life. Trying to resist the urge to go and sneak a slice of turkey. I cooked the turkey today for tomorrow.

I'm watching a retrospective of the Andy Williams Christmas specials. I remember watching them when I was a kid. Seeing the Osmonds as kids again really brings back memories!

I am watching A Boyfriend for Christmas. It is such a cute movie.

My uncle loves A Christmas Story. When they would have that 24 hours of A Christmas Story, he would lock himself in his bedroom and watch it over and over again. He only came up to get pop or some food then he would go back to his room and lock the door again.

I started to watch Mr. Krueger's Christmas, a special from quite a few years ago, starring Jimmy Stewart as a lonely old man. Anybody remember it? One of our local stations showed it this evening and I recorded it to watch when I got home from Grandma's. Not far into it I felt like crying because Jimmy Stewart will break your heart! So now it's back to Ralphie! I'll try Jimmy again tomorrow!

I just finished watching the end of "It's a Wonderful Life" for the umpteenth time. Sniff, sniff.

It's a Wonderful life, but I dozed off there towards the end.
