Would anyone who has done these two events please post reviews here? Since I am not going now until mid-December, I'm thinking of one or the other but I would like to hear about people's experiences first before committing. Were the characters worth it? I expect food to be "meh" but if the character interaction is good, I'm in! Especially for the dinner...which is totally sold out.

Let us hear from you! TIA as always.

I'm also curious. I am really excited about the characters at dinner, but I have so many food items that I want to try in the parks that I hate to waste a meal on mediocre food.
Bonus points if your review covers vegetarian entrées.

I'm vegetarian and will be doing the Christmas Carol dinner this coming Saturday evening. Though I'm also hoping to read about how it is before then, too!

Well I hope we get responses by then but I'll be looking forward to your report after Saturday 😁

I really hope this is better than the Halloween Dinner.

For the Halloween dinner food was standard fare as normal buffet, with 2 tiny desserts looking "themed." Minimal decorations on the buffet, nothing elsewhere. Music loop was the same as usual, they only changed to a Halloween tune when the characters did that "parade" when they walk through the restaurants.

They seem to sit in rotations, so they tried to get us to go after 37 minutes. No typo. We all checked our phones for time because we went "huh?" Don't get me wrong, I am okay with time limits. But 37 minutes is ridiculous. At that point we had seen three of the characters only and the two guys I was with weren't even close to finish eating.

Sadly character interactions were "meh" at best too. The only one who did make some sort of effort to interaction was Clarabelle.

Personally I think they were underestimating the popularity and were rushing everything because they panicked.

Hoping for reviews. I have a mid December reservation because my husband is a huge Christmas Carol fan.
