Christmas Season in Disneyland

I don't believe the official dates are released yet. But I'm pretty sure everything will be in full swing by the end of Nov. Keep checking the Christmas @ DL superthread. Everything you need to know & they will definately post the dates there when they're announced:

I sent Disneyland an email asking for the dates and they sent me an email back saying mid November to first weekend in January so you will be fine end of November!

When you say, "...when the Christmas season begins?" Does that mean when do they have the decorations up? If so, they start removing the Halloween decorations on November 1 and replacing them with the Christmas decorations. It takes a couple of weeks for everything to be changed over, but they're always up by Thanksgiving week. The Christmas fireworks and parade is usually in place by Thanksgiving, but I don't know the exact day they start.
