We've booked up to go again, but we've never been during the Christmas period (see the shiney new ticker :thumbsup2 ) but was wondering if the tree lighting ceremony still carries on between Christmas & New Year? Also is there any of the other festivities that also stop in this period.

Thanks for your help :)

We went between Christmas and New Year last year and saw the tree lighting ceremony. From what I could work out the only thing we missed was meeting Father Christmas as he'd been replaced by Winnie the Pooh. It's an awesome time to go, always seems even more magical at Christmas :)

Christmas activities carries on until the season finishes (advent) - with the exception of meeting Santa as he obviously has to leave Christmas Eve to deliver presents ;-)
