I'm not sure how old your kids are,
Here are a few things we have done in the past.
They handed out these for cards to friends, I took a picture of them with their fist out, I printed them as wallets cut a small slit at the top and bottom of their first and then slid in a small candy cane
We mad Grinch Poop for the uncles

it's a simple recipe, oyster crackers, white almond bark, peanut butter and green food coloring (you can leave out the peanut butter if you want) heat the almond bark add peanut butter and food coloring then stir in oyster crackers, drop by teasponed clumps onto wax paper sprinkle with green sugar if desired and allow to set. Package into sandwhich or quart size ziplock bags and attatch label (it is a 4x6 image) fold in half and staple over the top of the bag
My gift from the kids were plates, I bought white ceramic plates and then they decorated it, we made Christmas things using their handprints and foot prints
Each year my kids make ornaments for all their aunts and uncles and grandparents.
Last year we did handprints, Eliana's were snowmen on an ornament with this little poem "These aren't just 5 little snowmen, as anyone can see, I made them with my hand, which is a part of me, Now each year when you trim the tree you can look back and recall Christmas 2007 when my hand was just this small."
I can't seem to find the boys' ornaments,I cut out their handprints from felt, I painted one side to look like the images below on the shirt and the other side I decopaged a picture of them onto.
We made my DH this shirt
We also did Photo Coaster/hot cocoa sets for My Brothers, we got a serving tray at Michaels and painted that, then sealed it with clear coat. we got 4x4 ceramic tiles from HomeDepot and decopauged Pictuers onto them, put them along with some cute mugs and packets of hot cocoa in the serving trays
