Christmas Gift Ideas for girls ages 5 - 8?

DD will be 8 the week before Christmas so we have birthday to get, too -

She started with the AG dolls this year, too. She saved her own money and bought McKenna but hardly plays with it but she swears it's beacuse she doesn't have anything else to go with it so for her birthday she is getting a set of doll bunkbeds, matching pjs for her and her doll, and maybe a knock-off doll (not another AG one)

For Christmas, she might get an actual AG doll but not sure yet. She'll also get a couple of accessories (a couple of AG, a couple of Target brand).

Other ideas:
Just Dance 4 for the Wii
a game for her DS
clothes from Justice
nail stuff
craft stuff
some books
Monster High - she wants the Create-a-Monster sets and lab
Harry Potter 3&4 on Blu-Ray (we're buliding our collection)
Maybe the Harry Potter cookbook
Squinkies
Stompeez


The other thing I'm doing for her, DS and my neice and nephew is getting them each a big body pillow and case and then a new fleece blanket for laying around. my kids love pillows and blankets!

DD8 keeps changing her list daily, but these have been consistant or already bought.

-Pink 3DS with New Mario game and art game
-Brentwood poodle bed rest (will keep her upright reading in bed or on the floor in her room) -bought from amazon in lilac
100 piece puzzles
Earrings
Lots of books, but her list changes-will wait until closer to Christmas
she wants American girl stuff, but we'll see what she prioritized on her list
Anything and everything from Justice!!!

Instead of a sno cone machine, get Slushy Magic, my kids loooooove it and it really does work! We got a bit messy with the soda slushy tho, but you WILL have a slushy in 2 minutes, super love it!

Good to know! My kids have asked for this for a year and I didn't want to waste money on something I thought was junk!

My mom got my 2 older DDs one each for Easter and I was SURE, no way would it work so I put it off and put it off. Finally did it with Crystal Light, set the timer and presto,magic-o they had slushies! I don't recommend sodas tho, lol, even tho the directions said you could. Made a mess, even with removing finger every 2 shakes.

Thanks for suggesting Slushy Magic. I bought one at Walgreens yesterday for $14.99. My 5 year old daughter loves slushies as an occasional treat while shopping at Target and I know she will enjoy making them at home. A facebook friend bought it for her kids back in the summer and said it works great but I have seen some reviews saying it doesn't. I hope it works for us!
