Christmas Discounts

We are thinking of a Disney trip this Christmas. We wouldn't be able to leave until the day after Christmas. Are there ever any type of discounts during this time period, whether AP or FL residents (were thinking f taking my parents who live in FL)? I performed a search but couldn't find a clear answer. I am traveling at the same time Dec 26 to Jan 3. I am currently staying at the All-Star Sports resort (huge sports junky) with the gold dream makers package. I have been told by other people, that discounts might come out sometime around August or September and it is best to make a reservation asap, since the time beteen 12/25 and 1/1 is one of the busiest. Once you have a reservation then if a code comes out, it can be changed. I hope this helped, even though this will be my first trip since 1980.
