Christmas decorations?

Just wondering if anyone knows when the decorations are up at US/IOA? I know Grinchmas doesn't begin until the 7th but I was hoping the decorations would be up.

Anyone have any insight from last year or years prior?

We are there the week of Thanksgiving and the decorations are up at the parks and the tree goes up in the hotels.

We probably won't get to UO until 2nd Jan - will we miss it all??

They haven't released the actual dates this year yet.
Dec 7th was last years. I (w/o any inside knowledge but a mother's hunch) believe the official Grinchmas will start on Dec 5th.

We are travelling to orlando especially to 'do Christmas', and we planned on finishing our vacation at UO (As we learnt this year we must save the best for last!! ) - but in order to fit all the disney stuff in, we probably won't get to UO until at least New Years Day - will we still get to see the parade and Grinchmas???

I'm not sure when Universal takes their decorations down but I imagine it's right after 1/1. You might see some stuff if you get there on 1/2 but it probably won't be the whole experience. I doubt seriously they will do the parades after 1/1 but you never know.
