Christina & Geancarlo PJ (10/4/08) WP&GF: Planning 5 year Anniversary back at GF

So as we head over to Boardwalk after the Pop I text my best DisBuddy Lynn to see how she was doing in Disney....

So we head into the car and finally get to boardwalk

we pass through the guard gate and go to park


I had to take a picture of this because its so true... I have wished to get married in Disney that was my dream and it came true.. this is the year of a million dreams

Lex tells me where to head and the pool was so awesome

This is the bar area... its a carousel... how neat is that

We met up with Lex and mom and dad and Geancarlo had to get himself a beer so he went to order

Dad loves frozen drinks....lol... so he enjoyed drinking by the pool

and while we were all talking, I look to my left and my mom is sleeping...HELLO YOUR IN DISNEY.. NO TIME TO SLEEP

We were explaining to Lex all about the planning session and all the things we are doing

my sister looked so tired... here are pics of her telling us about the pools she visited...lol

Now we decided that we must head over to Epcot, but Lex wanted us to see her go down the slide,.. I should have brought my bathing suit... to go on the slide...

So we all walked over to the Boardwalk area...and my dad had to get something chololatey at the Bakery and my mom get some water..

We said our Goodbyes to them and we took the back entrance to Epcot..

So this boat was PACKED.... so Geancarlo and I sat on different benches but right next to each other,,, So I decided to add on some Bronzer and lip gloss... Well I got the bronzer on and now I put my lipgloss on and I couldnt get the top to open, I was trying so hard that I lost control and the lip gloss flipped up in the air and under the bench infront of me.... AGHHH no my favorite lipgloss... talk about a show to everyone on the boat... I looked over at Geancarlo like this
I was so sad... He then tells me that when the boat stops he will get it for me...

So I dying to to get to the stop so he can get my favorite lipgloss that one is my favorite and two is discontinued

So now we get to the stop and Geancarlo comes over and SAVES THE DAY thanks babe... your awesome

So we finally get off the boat and head to guest relations to turn in our wedding annual vouchers

YEY were in... What do we do now????

FINDING NEMO... I have yet been on that ride. So we walk over to the Living Seas.. I was so excited to be in Disney as I always am... and I wanted to do everything at once...lol

I love being there during the flower garden festival. they do such amazing things with plants...

I had to stop in England I LOVE LOVE going in their teashop... I love this tea set, so we decided that we are going to start collecting them
Its expensive, so our next trip this will be our first item that we will collect

And now we head over to the Rose Walk... I absolutely Love roses, they are my favorite flowers and thats pretty much the only flower thats in my wedding.

The roses in there were so amazing

This entire area was so gorgeous and even so beautiful in person

We finally get to the Living Seas..YEY for Nemo love him

My first time on this ride, and it was so cute.. the little clams or oyster or whatever you call them that you ride on... I thought it was great

The colors are so vibrant and we both really enjoyed the ride

I got someehat nervous, being that I was under a tank of Tons and tons of gallons of water and I was just thinking gosh if this glass cracks
I was freaking out, I couldnt stay long looking at the fish.. Geancarlo knows my fear of water.. I dont do Ocean water... leave me at the pool and I am happier than a pig in ____ (well fill in the blank )

After we got out Geancarlo LOVES innoventions... So we made our way there

UM HELLLLLLO CAN YOU WAIT FOR ME, once we walk in I just lost him

We were going to do the Where's the Fire.

But where would an architect and an interior designer want to go
you got it!!!!

I took this pic of him here, b.c. of the blueprint background.. and thats all he does- I do the fun stuff, color, fabrics, and window treatments...lol

He LOVED this, he wouldnt leave it alone... He was moving the leaves out of the way for the flowers to grow...lol

So now the tour starts and they teach you all the latest appliances and finishes

This table and chairs are made of corrugated cardboard- I thougt that was really neat... geancarlo had to make a chair in school out of cardboard, but it didnt NEARLY look like this...lol

I thought this bed was really cool...its suspended by cables

So now its 7:15pm we leave Innoventions b/c they close at 7pm.. and I look over at Geancarlo and tell him IM HUNGRY... so was he... and I said "SUSHI" which is my weakness, I think I was japanese in my past life b/c I could eat sushi everyday...

as we leave innoventions I saw Thumper... I get pretty close to him

As we walk over to Japan we stopped to get our extra magic hour bands...

We head over to Japan and walk into the newly furbished sushi restaurant.. absolutely beautiful..

We wait in line to get a table for two and they tell me its an hour wait.. Ok I can wait... We get our buzzard and we go outside to wait.. my feet were killing me and all I wanted to do was sit and inside was completely packed, no room for us to sit so we went to sit outside on the steps...

We sat for about 25 minutes and Geancarlo wanted to go into the store across the way... I told him, Im sorry I am going to sit.. So I was texting Lynn to see how she was doing....

UP NEXT.. Will we ever get seated?? Do parents know how to teach their kids manners???

Ahh another great installment!!!! Great pictures again!!

Ok....Are you an interior designer??? I went to college for interior design...and then I went to college for legal studies. I enjoy college apparently. Right now I am working as a paralegal and having fun with it but I really want to use my interior design degree....OH THE SIMILARITIES!!! Are you sure we aren't seperated at birth???

I don't think I am going to do any kind of interior design work. I love being a paralegal and suing people!! Good times.

Anyway, I can't wait to read the next installment!!! You and Geancarlo are adorable together!!!

Fantastic installment, Christina! We have the Royal Doulton set, it is beautiful ~ my Grandma had the set when we were little and when we saw it in Disney we knew we had to have it!

Mmmmm..... Sushi ~ what is the restaurant like inside? Gavin wants to go there for his birthday lunch but they don't take reservations I hear ~ do you know if that's true?

Anyway, looking forward to reading more!

Great update, love the annual passes Oh I hope you get to sit down and eat. Oh and the parents teaching the kids manners, as a mother of three I do but unfortunately there are some parents that don't and ruin it for all of us.

great installment!! You take so many pictures!!! I'm finishing up my TR from our last trip and I don't have 1/2 as many pictures as you do! I need to do better next time!

For the record.....as a parent....YES I did teach my children manners, however i do feel that I am in the very small percentage of parents that did. But rude children are common at Disney for 2 reasons.....lack of sleep and lack of sleep.

Have you seen that T-shirt that says "I'm grumpy because you're dopey" (someones dad was wearing it in her TR). Well I told DH Disney would make $$$$ if they made one for little kids that said "You're grumpy because I'm sleepy!" sorry, totally

The Boardwalk pool looks like so much fun! My parents stayed there for the wedding...we shoulda used to pool!

That bed suspended by cables looks way cool, but I'd be afraid it'd break off...especially in my current condition...imagine how embarassing!

You are so much more patient than me to wait an hour for food...I'm surprised you didn't start knawing on Geancarlo! That's what I would do! lol

Great TR, Christina! LOVE all the pix! Weren't the flowers incredibly gorgeous at EPCOT? I was there the first weekend in May for a race and I'll bet I took more than 50 pix of flowers and topiaries. I am so glad you got to see the flowers. Oh, and major HUGS to Geancarlo on rescuing your lip gloss for you. Now, that is LOVE! (Definitely something Howard would do for me. ). Waiting for more!
