I think Julie Andrews or Angela Lansbury would be classy choices, both with significant Disney ties.

OTOH, Whoopi Goldberg would be a horrible choice due to her polarizing political views.

Whoopi has appeared in Disney movies, has done advertising for DCL (promoted DCL on The View) and most recently appeared in The Muppets movie. If she had to (which of course she wouldn't) she could walk from The View studio to the NYCruise Terminal.

Another good choice would be Amy Adams (Enchanted, The Muppets).
