Your schedule looks great. You reminded me, I should post mine. One thing I wanted to mention though. 6:30 might be a little early for the dessert party. Ours isn't scheduled till 8 and I believe they only take you in a little bit before that. Just thought I would mention.
I love your cake! You totally had me till you threw the Islanders logo in there. What's up with that? Unless you are going to put "Potvin $ucks" on it.
I may have to go with a hockey themed grooms cake. We are doing a kinda football topper on the real cake, so we will see. Or we could go Red Sox. All depends on how the seasons go.

I'm planning for 6:30 [well, announcing 6:30-7] because I know even with my own family.....we run late to everything. I'd rather tell them it's earlier then it actually is!!!!
My actual thinking is that if we are allowed to all walk with a guide from either the International Gateway/Front Entrance, We'll all meet and travel there together!
Well...The Islanders is more for me. Okay, so in October we got the chance to go to an Islanders Game for a special "military" thing. Chris was shown on the Jumbo tron and had to go in uniform. It was quite fun, honestly! We also got the chance to meet Matt Martin who was just adorable and super nice!
So that's more why that's on there. It's just on a tiny puck, the Rangers logo is much much much more centered and in the middle!

I am trying to schedule a tasting with them-- if you can find the papers will you let me know how many flavors you were allowed to try? Sadly, I want to try them ALLLL!! I need to start to narrow down my choices.
That makes sense if your family runs late, but you may want to double check with your planner closer to the time. I don't think they will be set up too early or that the guide will be able to meet you that early. I could be wrong, but would double check. Would be awful to be waiting outside the gate.*
That's cool that Chris was on the screen. Way to go! The Bruins do something like that for the military every game, I think it's great. And as long as the Rangers logo is bigger.
When Paul and I started dating we rooted for opposite teams in everything. He is a Red Sox fan and I am a St. Louis Cardinals fan. For hockey, I am first a Rangers fan and he is a Bruins fan. Since we have been together, I have become a Sox and Bruins fan and he has at least formed an appreciation for the Cardinals and doesn't hate the Rangers as much as he once did.
Football is another story. I am Jets fan and he is a Pats fan. He will never, ever like the Jets and I will never, ever like the Pats. We have a rule when they play each other twice a year that nothing we say during the day is held against us. We also have to root for the other team, when our team is eliminated. I have had to root for the Pats alot and need some payback!*
We are going to incorporate this into our cake. For the topper, we are going to do Jets Bride Mickey Ears and Pats Groom Mickey Ears. A little unconventional and doesn't go at all with pink and silver, but it is totally us, so we are going to to do it.*
