We’re heading to the parks at the end of Jan for the 100th. We’ll be in the area for 10 days so are trying to pick our park days. Because the week days look like the parks might close early, and there are Sweetheart nights, we’re trying to figure out which days to choose.
Are Sundays and Mondays still horrible? Are they worse than saturdays? We’re thinking maybe Saturday, Sunday, Sweetheart Tuesday night, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
We are changing hotels on Wed so thought maybe if we stayed til 1am - it would be nice to sleep in and have a leisurely day - but maybe it would be worth sacrificing sleep and going? BUT, it also seems like maybe DCA is closing early? WoC is at 6pm on the Wednesday. So we weren’t sure about park hours.
Ideally we’d wait til the park hours are out to choose…but Sweetheart tix go on sale before that happens
