OK, I have kahlua, vodka, Baileys, Godiva liquor, and cream. Can I make a good chocolate martini, and if so, can you share a recipe?? Any thing else I need, before my DH makes his beer run.

And what are the directions to your house again? HEHEHE! Hmmm-chocolate and alcohol, could be a good mix. Just make enuf to share with us LOL

The Van Gogh flavored Vodkas (espresso &* chocolate) have a website, you might get a good idea there - enjoy!

I make peanut butter cup martinis. Equal parts Frangelico, vanilla Vodka, buttershots and Godiva Dark. Very smooth.

You're close to my favorite expresso martini (got the recipe off the DIS boards, of course!)

Equal parts strong cold coffee, kahlua & vodka shaken with ice, strained into martini glass. Float a 1/4" inch of heavy cream on top (pour it over the back of a spoon) and garnish with grated dark chocolate. :thumbsup2

Made the recipe below on Christmas day. It was so yummy. I used light cream of cocoa instead of dark.

1/3 cup chocolate liqueur
1/3 cup dark cream of cocoa
2/3 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup vodka
Crushed ice cubes

Stir together first 4 ingredients.
Fill half of cocktail shaker with ice. Add half of liqueur mixture, cover with lid, and shake 8 to 10 seconds until thoroughly chilled. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Repeat with remaining mixture. Serve immediately.

Same as above recipe but on a smaller scale

Godiva Chocolate Martini:

1 1/2 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half

I found using Grey Goose vodka was better then Absolut

These are awesome!!!!! mmmmmmm

I haven't had a chocolate martini, but I love a good "Tootsie Roll". It is just Creme de cocoa & Orange juice. It tastes EXACTLY like a Tootsie Roll. :teeth:
Get white Creme de cocoa if you can, the dark stuff makes the o.j. a little murky but it still tastes the same! :)
