A few people have had chocolate fondue at their dessert party, I have not seen anyone that has had a chocolate fountain. Where are you having your reception?
I love chocolate fountains! Maybe your planner could suggest a vendor if they allow it?
Please let us know the details if you do find one.
I had the chocolate fondue for my dessert party. I know for that they do not do the fountains. I think it has something to do with healthy and safety because of bugs and whatnot. As for a indoor reception, I have no clue. I don't remember seeing anything for it. Also, I am 99% certain that they will not let an outside vendor come in for that. Best of luck.
Here is a photo of the fondue setup. The chocolate was in the warming trays.
I had a fountain at my reception. However, make sure you ask how big it is. I didnt ask and when I saw it I had the "this is it" face. It was really small. It was$1,022 for 50 people.
WOW! That's a lot for only 50 people! I priced some places around Orlando and they are pretty expensive, but I think they are totally neat so I may just need to splurge, we'll see!
LOVE choco fountains they are so good. I am having one at my reception but I'm having an at home wedding so I really can't help you on where. But, MMMMMMM they are soooooo good!!
I'm not having one. I wanted to do individual fondue for my guests for dessert. DF really wanted creme brulee. I let him win since he isn't really complaining. BUT- my friend got married 3 years ago and I still hear people talk about the chocolate fountain.
