I am going to use a giant toblerone bar for chocolate fondue.
Do you think it will be fine melted as is..or will I need to thin it out a bit? Would I use cream for this??
I would certainly use some whipping cream to get the consistency just right. Start with half a cup of warm cream into your chocolate and adjust to taste.
I bet Toblerone has a website with a recipe! I've heard that they "invented" chocolate fondue.
