I am making choc covered pretzels and the milk choc ones are turning out great but the white choc is too thick. What can I thin it with? I am using white chocolate chips. TIA
You can add a small amount of shortening to it. Like half teaspoon. I make a shortbread cookie that is dipped in chocolate and my recipe calls for a small amount of Crisco shortening to be added in as I melt the chips. Works well.
