Chinese New Year

Does anyone know if there will be any kind of Chinese New Year (Year of the goat) celebration on the 2/1/2003 western caribbean cruise? If you don't know an can point me in the right thread to find out, that would be great as well.

Hmm, no, I have never heard of a Chinese New Year celebration on the ships.
