China Animals

I believe it was in China that I had bought a little pink cat, I think they had 5 or 6 different animals/colors each had some meaning. I think that pink was love, but when we got home and I finially gave it to my wife, all the information was written in Chinese and I don't recall if in fact that's what that animal/color did stand for.

CAn anyone confirm what all the colors mean and if I'm right?
