It's been a busy week with the kids on school vacation. Today's outing was to a butterfly atrium, tomorrow we're going to visit a friend of mine from high school

I am here Rosie! Just got home from work! It's been a loooooooong tiresome day! I need some DIS love!!!

I am hoping that maybe the one in February might go along with our dates! Fingers crossed!
June and early July are out for us - we get off school in mid July and there is no way to get time off. I need to retire soon, but I have at least another 10 years to go
But we will not lose hope that someday we will meet some of you guys!

I think the 2 dates Jordan was tosssing around were the first full week or the second week!! Would they work for you!!

I have been watching DGS all week and working in the evenings for a few hours !!I was car less most of the week so no outings !!! The Hi Light for Kyle has been searching for BLINKIES at the grocery store

Continuing at Epcot with Winkers, DJ (the OFFICIAL ENABLER)and Jordan At this point we split from Wendy and family as they had ressies at Coral Reef . We still had some time before ours at Kouzzinas . SOOO Winkers did something she does well SHOPPED !!! She had been talking about getting another pearl and I am sure at some point befors 2012 she will have a full report but this can tide you iover ...

We then took a leisurely walk over to The Boardwalk for our ressie at Kouzzinas ,sorry about the blurry pix but Boardwalk is really beautiful

Stay tuned for an awesome review of Kouzzunas !! And a HOTTIE!!!!

I am sure DJ whose pockets were picked for it will correct if I am wrong but I think the actual Pearl pick is $16 then you have the option of buying a setting which prices vary greatly !! Maybe Winkers can post her pix and add comments about it If she ever gets around to posting on my thread

We did this last month too. My pearl went into a ring, Michelle had 2 so one went into a ring and one on a charm and Danielle's went into a charm. Danielle still has one we have to get set. You'll have to real my trip report to find out why.

I heard you can get a pretty nice pearl+ring for under $50. But greatly depends on the setting.

Rosie you are correct with the pick a pearl price. I picked one back in 2008. My hope is to pick another one in 2011 and MAYBE make earrings out of them. But that could be tricky because I can only wear sterling silver post earrings.
