What's with the "chilled chicken" listed on some of the kids menus? Is that chilled, grilled chicken or chilled fried chicken? Has anyone's kid had this "meal" yet? At first I thought it was a misprint for "grilled" but it's on more then one menu.... Anyone know?

Woah... Don't ask me, it must be pretty new. I went there in July and I don't think that was on the kids menu then...

That's funny- I thought your post title was a misprint until I read it! :teeth:
I wonder what that is? Maybe chicken cubes like you put into a salad?

My DD had it on one of our trips this past year and it was one of her favorite meals. It looked like the Perdue shortcuts chicken that is grilled and just served cold. It was a refreshing light/non-greasy meal for a hot day and it came with cubes of cheddar cheese, grapes and Goldfish crackers and she was very happy to have a change from fries and hamburgers etc. We got it at the Columbia Harbour House and everytime since at MK she has wanted to go back there to have it again.

I've seen these kids meals at the Backlot Express at MGM, Columbia Harbor House and maybe at Roaring Fork? Never ordered it for my kids, but it sounds like a great meal alternative and I know my DD would eat it up. My DS on the other hand, wouldn't touch it.

It is grilled chicken cut into strips and served cold. This was not a half bad option for the kids, but most of the "new" kids menu items are ickky--peco's bill's has the beans and weenies on the kids menu--ewwww! :rotfl2: I find the kids choices really bite since the meal plan was put into place--kids can't even have pizza at the pizza places--sorry honey you eat mac and cheese while mom and dad and big brother eat pizza in front of you! :confused3
Do kids get to order whatever cs meal they want on the meal plan or is it designated adult/childrens for those as well?

I don't think my kids will really want the chilled chicken. Besides if I'm eating a hot meal I'd like my kids to have one too! I'm really disappointed with the menu changes. Like the franks and beans....what were they thinking? I thought they took the good stuff off the kids menus to keep the adults from ordering off it....just pure speculation. I guess I'll be bringing in some good snacks!!

Pecos Bill's has had it on the menu for awhile. Doesn't sound like something my kids would enjoy

It is grilled chicken that is chilled and usually comes with carrot sticks and applesauce. My DD isn't a big junk food junkie and having grilled chicken on the menu is great for her. :goodvibes
