Oh dear I just made a dinner reservation for Chefs de France for 6:30 pm and the child menu on this site only shows fish. My 8 year does not like fish. Do they only have fish for the children at dinner ? I was so excited about the adult choices I didnt pay attention to the child menu. Thanks for any information :sad2:

Hi, we ate at Chefs de France for lunch last November. At the time, the childrens menu also included breaded chicken strips with pasta, and ground beef steaks with french fries. Both of my children had the chicken strips and pasta and said they were delicious. Chefs had one of the better kids meals of any other place we ate this trip. Also, the bread they serve is delicous, and one of my daughters practically made a meal off of it.

I seen that the lunch menu had chicken strips and the other things you listed but the dinner menu only listed 2 kinds of fish. That would be great if the dinner had the chicken strips. I wouldnt think that they would only have fish for children:confused3 Does anyone know ?

I'm not sure where you are seeing the children's menu, but allearsnet.com shows only one children's menu for lunch and dinner and it includes the chicken and the beef dish. I've also been looking at it because we are going there with my DD6 and she loves macaroni and cheese and they do not include it on the children's menu, but have it on the adult menu at $18.95!

I'm a 32 y/o picky eater, and I've gotten grilled chicken and french fries at le chefs de france and LOVED IT!:thumbsup2

I seen the dinner menu on this site, I believe the one on allears is an older one if I remember right,

The allears site sometimes has some odd omissions. They usually have a burger and a grilled food option for kids. It's not a wdw owned location so it's not the same as all the other places. My kids did not like Chefs at all in terms of the food. The adult mac and cheese dish is not mac and cheese at all. It's a tubular pasta with a very rich white cream sauce. They shared between the adult mac and cheese and the child's beef steak which at that time last year was served bunless. They said the meat was tough and yucky. Neither would eat the pasta--too rich adn not the cheesy flavor they expacted. My kids aren't remotely picky and my 12 yo son eats like crazy usually ;) They weren't even that thrilled with the crepes or profiteroles. I had the roasted chicken and it was divine though and gave the kids my dessert because they couldn't do anything allergy safe for me. Remy was also a no show that day ;) But it is a lovely restaurant. I'd go back but my kids have begged not to....
