The Hotwire.com website says that a child's age is 3-9 when purchasing breakfast vouchers. That information is INCORRECT!
This morning I called WDW to make my PS for a character breakfast for me, DD and 2 DGDs (7+11) For meals, a child is anyone under 12! So anyone 10 and 11 IS considered a child at the restaurants. Only for the the park passes must you consider a 10 year old an adult....NOT for the food vouchers. Yesterday I ordered 3 adult and 1 child breakfast vouchers from Hotwire, using the information on their website. I called them today to change the order, but I was told I cannot. There's GOT to be a way to correct this mistake. Anyone have any ideas?

It seems that the error was Hotwire's since they posted the incorrect information. I've never dealt with Hotwire, though, so I'm not sure how you should go about getting your refund. Maybe others who have dealt with Hotwire can offer some advice. Good luck getting this straightened out.

Hotwire, like Connections 123 and Simple Escapes (all part of the same company) are a nightmare to deal with. I'd just be persistent and maybe you will get lucky. Good luck.
