Children's Activity Center Questions

Hi folks! I have never used one of the Children's Activity Centers before. I have a 4 1/2 year old and a daughter who will be 2 years and 9 months. Based on the website, kids may only attend if they are 3 and potty trained. Assuming my you get daughter is fully potty trained by the time we go in September (she is close now), do you think they would accept her? I think socially she will be fine, so it would come down to their age restriction. I'm not sure how strict they are? Any experiences on this issue would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

The age restrictions are hard and fast. They need to be three. My guess is there are different staffing requirements set by the state for under three and three and over

I am guessing the age is set by state rules for different age groups. based on Pa rules, 3 year olds have a 10 to one adult where as 2 year old would be 6 to one adult. accepting a 2 year old into a 3 year program no matter if socially ready could get you closed down or on probation. not going to happen, worked in child care for almost 30 years and age rules can not be bent
