Children Under Three - Do they get in free to MNSSHP?

I think I have this right. My grandson will take his first trip to WDW in September. He will not turn three until December. So he will not need a park ticket, right?

Also, we will probably attend MNSSHP. It looks like he will not need a ticket for that either. Anyone know for sure?
 
He won't need tickets for anything. Water parks , special events, nothing. The only thing you might need to pay for is if you get a childs meal at some restaurants. Buffets he'll be free as well.
 
What great timing for our trip! Didn't really plan it to take advantage of his age!
