Children scared of 3D shows

My 4 year old loved them . Esp. Mickeys Philharmagic. The only thing she didn't like was the snake in HISTA. But she always says that if we're w/ her she's not scared of stuff. Like we're her security blanket. We did hear kids crying and freaking out. If my D did that I'd take her out of the show.

Would it be rude for parents to keep them inside just so they could finish watching the show?

YES! ::yes:: Nothing irks me more than letting a kid wail through an attraction that you've waited a long time in line to see-especially when exit doors are available. Most people want to actually hear the show they are watching.

just to add to rabyoga's thought....

Smoke fills the room as well. That's when my DD lost it.

Oh yes, please take them out! I used to work at It's Tough to be a Bug, and we always had many quick exits during each show. There are CMs stationed at the doors with flashlights specifically for that reason.

Hello, Germantown from Memphis!

My 4yr old DD didn't like the 3D movies, either. But once we took the glasses off she was fine.

I myself am only 13, but i am scared to death of 3D things! not so much in It's Tough to be a Bug, but in the Honey I Shrunk the Audience one, I have to take my glasses off...i cant stand the snake and that cat thing...er w/e it is lol! I go in because my parents want to, so if I get scared/freaked out, i just take my glasses off. But yes, I agree with everyone else posting, if your child is scared and is crying, please take them out, because as you still may want to see the show, others around you will not want to hear screams and hearing children upset. If you really would like to see the show, you may have half of your party wait outside with your child while you go in, and then the other half can go in when you are done, or you can just go back again...heh thats a good excuse for goin back to disney world!
