Well santa is on his way and both our ds are being sick today youngest was ill 1st then the eldest started to be sick as we have had a lot of illness at christmas in past years with our 2 we have even had foot and mouth (it is a mild form of the one cattle get and is not contageus) lets hope that they will both be well for santa in the mornning

Boy, do I know this story. Sorry your boys aren't feeling well. I'm sure they'll perk up even a little bit for opening presents. My DD is much better today but, she spent 2 days prior with a fever. Of course, the whole scenario just brought up a bunch of stories from my Mom about when my bro & I were kids and, sick at the holidays. Trust me, you DON'T want to hear them!

Thanks for the messages of surrport the children did recover in time for chrismas morning the only thing was that they were a bit subdued so santas helpers got a little lie in on christmas morning and the washing machine was on the go all day

I was sick just last weekend with the 24 hour stomach bug and I don't wish it to my biggest enemy, last year I got sick Christmas Day, last night I started getting nausiated again but that was from eating too much junk , I was fine the moment I went to sleep.
It's not fun to get sick but it's specially bad for children on christmas day. Hope everyone gets better soon.
