Could someone tell me if you need an adult voucher for a 10 yr old or do they have children's vouchers? Also, is it possible for only one person use a voucher at a meal? At the one resturants my one ds would make the voucher work but the rest of us wouldn't.

Hi, I assume you are talking about the Quick and Casual vouchers. No, they do not have children's Q&C vouchers. We have found that most places have a child's meal which is usually more than satisfying for the child age group (10 and under). We use vouchers for my husband and I and purchase a kid's meal for our child. As dessert is typically a food course for her and I don't want/need dessert, I give her the dessert that I am able to select using my voucher.

You can get an obscene amount of food with a Q&C voucher and at any of the counter service places they don't care how you split up the food so sharing is not a problem. Only places I don't think that would work would be Pepper Market and Beaches & Cream.

Hope that helps!

Actually they are VKL vouchers. We are looking at using it at Le Cellier for a big lunch. It would be our big and maybe only meal of the day. She can eat a lot but I'm not sure she would eat $31.00 worth. I'll have her look at the menu tomorrow. So do they have children's VKL vouchers or if they don't I imagine she can just order off the menu.

Yes, they do have VK Child Vouchers. Not sure where you can get them as Hotwire, thanks to MYW, is no longer selling them. Sure, there is Ebay but the mark up there is usually signficant. So you might have a problem locating - not sure.

I would NOT use a VK lunch voucher for a child. We used VK vouchers once and selected Cinderella's (as I was heart broken we were unable to get in for breakfast). While I found it to be a bargain for myself and my husband, they did offer a child's meal at Cindys that would have been fine for our then 4 year old and that child's meal was only $6 - far less than the cost of the voucher. We ended up having left over food which we had boxed and she did eat later.

I would look at allears.net and see if the restaurant you are interested in has a kid's meal. $30 for a kid seems steep to me....

Le Cellier and the Rainforest Cafe were the only two places we found the child's VKL to be a great value.

The steak from the child's menu at Le Cellier is just yummy. I ate one as did my 17yo son (the little kids don't eat meat very often). They also got appetizers from the adult menu. The desserts on the child's menu were more to our taste than those on the adult menu, so we enjoyed them as well.

I have a child and an adult for an upcoming trip I planned on using at RFC. I'm sure I didn't pay $30 for the child's voucher....did I??????

I believe that the CHILD vouchers were $12.75. It is an excellent value at RFC because they let the kids order from the regular menu. Most of the servers there are familiar with the vouchers and are eager to help you make the most of them. A higher bill on the vouchers means a bigger tip for them!
