Childcare Spending Accounts -- what can they be used for?

We have used the childcare spending account for daycare expenses for the past four years. DS will be going to kindergarten in the fall and I'm wondering how it works after that. Can I use it to pay for after school care? Summer camps? I can't use it for tuition for my son's private school, can I? (wouldn't that be cool...). I need to decide on my elections and this will make a big difference! Thanks!

You should be able to use it to pay for summer camp and before/after school care but not for the tuition to attend the school.

After-care and before-care, and summer and holiday DAY camps. It cannot normally be used to pay for overnight camps. Also, it doesn't cover program registration fees, so be sure that have the provider put those on a separate invoice.
