First off Im not trying to do anything wrong, and I dont want to cause a debate. I know I should know the answer to this and probably have heard it before, but for some reason Im drawing a blank and have a legitimate question. ;)

With that said, I just realized that my DS will turn 10 during the time I plan to have APs. We will be starting them up on a trip in the summer of 06, and use them again during the summer of 07(and hopefully once in Dec of 06 too). DS will turn 10 during Dec of 06, so how do I handle this? Im guessing I would just upgrade the childs AP to an adults for an added fee? Or do I just get him an adults AP from the get go?

Disney does not penilize us for growing up. They will continue to accept the child AP even after he turns 10.

Yes, purchased DD's AP when she was 9. She turned 10 before our most recent trip to the world but they accepted her AP without question.

Thanks! I guess its a good deal to get them that year then. ;)

We bought ds's AP last March, and he turned 10 in August. They don't charge children for growing up. On our first visit to the parks after his b-day, we told them that he had just turned 10, and they switched his pass to an adult AP at no additional cost. He loves being able to use the finger scan now!
