Child TS used as Adult meal

It looks like we will have an extra child TS credit. Can we order that meal in child's portions for an adult?

You can order a child's meal, but not an adult meal in a child size portion. Or you can use it for a QS meal.

Thanks. We will have an adult guest (eats tiny portions all the time anyway) with us on meal and since we have an extra child TS we were hoping she could use it.
