Chicken/Turkey/Beef Pot Pies, crust on the bottom or not?

Living in PA Dutch country, I would call the kind with a crust a chicken pie. A chicken pot pie is more like a stew that is made with fat egg noodles. The dough is cooked in the pot---so it is pot pie. So when you visit Lancaster County, ask if it is the kind with the crust. I have gotten chicken pie with and without the bottom crust when eating out. If you are able to take some home, go to Zook's to get the best homemade chicken pies.
