Could someone explain to me the difference between chicken breasts and chicken breast cutlets? I'm doing a recipe that calls for chicken breast cutlets. Do I just cut the breasts a certain way?? Thanks in advance.....
I think chicken breasts are the whole breasts and the cutlets are smaller, thinner cuts of the breast that can be used to saute and/or bread. I believe you could probably cut cutlets from regular chicken breasts...

that's right...you can...simply filet the 1/2 breast down the long axis of the cut...using a knife flat...it's easy! You can do it and save alittle on the cost per pound!
