Chick-Fil-A app update

So disappointed with the new rewards program! I lost the points I earned recently.

The announcement of the end of the Cow Calendars was tough enough, but I could handle it with the wonderful app they had.

No More!! Has anyone else tried it? What do you think? I am embarrassingly so sad!!

Oh no! Is it really bad? I don’t use the app much but my dh does. He loves it. I guess he’ll be disappointed too!

I’m sad about the cow calendar. It’s been my calendar for as long as I can remember. The loss of the free food is sad but I really, really just loved the calendar itself. That is the bigger loss imo.

I actually like it because it takes the guess work out of earning rewards. I never liked not knowing how my purchases worked to earn rewards. I also like that it puts me in control of what rewards I earned. Before, it seemed like I earned a lot of breakfast items and I seem to never be able to get to Chick-fil-A for breakfast.

None of my family lost our earned points when we updated the app. Not sure why you did . Not only did they change the reward system, take away the calendar, they also changed the A Lister program. Not near as good as it used to be.

I've only ever used the app for order/pick-up. I guess I'll check it out and see what else it has. Though it sounds like I missed out on some good stuff!

hmmnn, I just got back from chick fil a and used a reward on my app. What has changed?

My dh said he didn't lose any rewards, and mine are still there too.

I went to use my yesterday and it said it was currently unavailable . The next time brought up the App, it asked me to update. I did. I have no points now, although my little red circle of progress was previously over 1/2 done.

I loved the old app, and felt I earned rewards very fast. Now the $1 spent = 1 point . A chick-fil-a sandwich is 500 points.
Maybe I did spend $50 to get a free sandwich. I will get over it, and no doubt will be back at my fav Chick-Fil-A soon!
