I haven't been to an airport since before 9-11.

My dd is flying to Africa May 16. She is flying with Northwest, but a internation flight KC. Is there a Northwest terminal or is it connected with another one.

Plus, will I be able to see her get on the plane, or am I allowed only up to security check point.

you can go to the counter with her and ask if you can go with her to the gate, i think there may be a cetain age your DD has to be under for you to go, some airlines may choose to let you go, we ususally get a pass but DD was 14 and that was late summer last year . just let them know how concern you are about her safety especially flying international.
