Good memory Rosemarie! That was my DD, who had surgery a few days after that meet. She's fine now.

Ok, I'm casting a vote, putting it out there for thoughts/ideas/comments - How's 5:00 sound?? Again, there's a lot of chit-chat before we even order, so maybe that's too late for people's tummies to wait? Let me know, post it here, let me HEAR ya!!!

The last time I Pricelined a hotel for a Chicago DIS meet...I got the 3* Hyatt in Schaumburg with a $33 (I think) bid...but check www.biddingfortravel.com to see what it's been going for lately.

UPDATE: 10/18 - I CALLED GINO'S IN ROLLING MEADOWS AND THEY CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE OUR GROUP WITHOUT SPLITTING US UP. I EXPLAINED THAT WE WEREN'T GETTING TOGETHER TO BE SEPARATED.

SO, I'LL TRY GINO'S O'HARE TOMORROW. (I DIDN'T HAVE THE NUMBER WITH ME AT THE TIME. DIDN'T THINK I'D NEED IT.)

FOR THOSE OF YOU PRICELINING - YOU MIGHT WANT TO WAIT, AND IF I GET GINO'S O'HARE, YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY FOR O'HARE/ROSEMONT/PARK RIDGE/NILES/DES PLAINES, MAYBE EVEN SCHILLER PARK/NORRIDGE/HARWOOD HEIGHTS AREAS.

Kim...just in case Gino's at O'hare doesn't work out...I recall my first Chcago DIS meet was in a BIG room at the Rainforest Cafe at Woodfield Mall.

Btw...glad Priceline rejected me today!
