Just got home from the great meet at the Chicago Ridge Mall!

It was wonderful to meet new people as well as old acquaintances!

It was good to see everybody again, and to meet several DISers I had not met before. It should also be noted that this was a multi-state DIS meet with Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Connecticut represented for sure.

We for sure had a good ol' time, both Fri & Sat!!

Thanks to all of those who graciously allowed our DD Lauren to sticker-merize you!! She's got her own DISney vice.....Disney stickers!!!
She told us that handing out stickers is her 'job' at meets.

It was really great to see everyone we haven't been able to see in a while (due to my pregnancy earlier in the year). And it was great to see new faces too.

And John......so now I guess I'm also on your 'trouble maker' list. Cool!!! List makers are soooooo jaded. Live 'outside' of the box John....dump the list. Or at least buy yourself a Palm!! LOL!!!

I feel left out. I havent met anyone, I can't get out of MA with work amd all my obligations....let's do a Boston meet, I need my Disney fix and if I can't get it alone all you DISers can help me.

It was a great meet with all the people, some that I hadn't seen for a very long time so it was nice to see them again!!! Hope everyone DOES have a safe trip home that are traveling!!! And PP............I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE WE FINALLY GOT TO MEET...that gang was my highlight - SHE BROUGHT ME AN ANTENNA TOPPER!!!!!!!

Seriously, Donna (PandyPaws) has been one of my antenna topper getters in crime and she found this great halloween topper when she was at Disney the last time and she brought it for me....I was excited when I found out she was coming to begin with cause we've been wanting to meet and I thought it was going to be DISCon but whoooohoooooo!!!!!!

And Bunchkin....Lauren can give all the stickers out she'd like...she is such a great and cute kid!!!!! And that Hunter you guys!!!! He is gonna be a handsome dude when he grows up!!!! He was a cutie!

Just got home a few hours ago and am slowly catching up on the boards. This was a great weekend and I am so glad I was able to make the trip out there. It was great to see a bunch of you again as well as meet a few more I hadn't before. The good news is that Luis promised me that next time I go to Chicago, he will go with me Oh I should have a few pictures maybe later tonight or tomorrow evening

Sounds like you all had a GREAT time. I enjoyed the picture post Dan put up on the "pre" meet. Wish I could have been there... but I get to meet many of you at DIS CON. Just a few short month and a half away!

I hitched a ride home with PandyPaws and Things 1 & 2. They spent the night at our home before heading back to Stamford this morning. I got a PM from Pandy at 9:15PM this evening that said that she had arrived home safe and sound.

I had a wonderful time in Chicago. I got to meet some new DISers and talk with ones from other DISmeets too. I made some great pin trades. EpcotKilterFan would be proud of me.
