I'm going to try to make it! I havent been to a meet before and this date works for us. Will either be 2 of us (me and 3yo DD) or 4 (me, DH, and both DDs). Will let you know as it gets closer. Can't wait to meet people!

Hi, everyone! It was a GREAT turnout!!! Thanks to all who came - especially our long-distance friends: SideshowBob from Orlando, and Poohlovr and her DH from Louisville!! Hey Jeff...the look on my manager's face this morning was priceless. 'Some guy came in here yesterday and told me to tell you that you owe him a diet coke' At the end of my shift I got the same message from the CM you originally told to tell me. They looked at me like I had 3 heads when I was trying to explain the message.

It was a great meet, lots of fun, lots of DIS'ers. And so nice to see so many new faces. DIS meets are are alive and well in Chicago!!

Awww, thanks! I can't wait until we return to Chicago and I can get back to my meets!! Could be in 2007 (four years of service)...could be 2023 (if we don't do 4 years, we're going career). Not sure which. Whenver it is, I look forward to being a regular again!! LOL
