Nurse: She led him into the room. Marcus was already sitting down. Dawn was on the hospital bed, her thin waist, slender legs, and other features were outlined under the thin blanket, which rose and fell as she took slow breaths. Her shoulders and head were the only things out from under the blanket, and she had a large bump on her head.

Jordan: he followed the nurse and pulled a chair up next to the bed, he sat down. He gently took her hand out from under the blanket and held it, he kissed it gently.

Caroline: she had driven Jordan's car and now got to the hospital. She sat down next to Karen.
