Trent: "I need to identify some people. I don't want to see them, but I kinda have to."

Ben: "I didn't even get my apple." he mumbled

Chelsea: "Well maybe you shouldn't have hit me in the head with it."

Ben: "Well maybe your big head shouldn't have been in the way."

Chelsea: "Quit complaining, some people have real problems."

Ben: "Oh yeah, like who?"

Chelsea: she looked in Trent's direction

Ben: "Right. What'd they do anyways? Steal your lunch money."

Chelsea: she punched him in the arm

Trent: Tears filled his eyes. "I-I don't have problems."

Matt: He climbed into the car and hugged Trent. "It's okay, honey. It's okay. They're not going to be able to hurt you."

David: "Whatever you want." He went over to the boquet of flowers he had gotten for her and put it in the picnic basket.

Trent: "Do you want to know why I cry all the time? It's because I was stuck in a basement for a year, starved, deprived of water, forced to break my own bones and do things you probably don't even know about and every single day I'm trying to forget. Trying to act like a normal kid, even though I'm not, and I know I'll never be. I apologize because Im not good enough, will never be good enough, and never was good enough, and Ive had that drilled into my brain." He grasped the back of his neck, where the branded skin was.

OOC: Okay, I've got an issue I'd like to pick your brains about.

So, I spend most of my time here with Kennedy and Gwendolyn but not very much with Flynn or Blake. I'd like to change that, especially since it's so divided - meaning it's my girls that's getting the screen time and not my boys, rather than a more diverse situation where one of my boys and one of my girls is used more than the other two. I have tried to correct this, but we have found that me just blindingly throwing them in for the sake of interaction has no support and falls through.

So I have come to the conclusion that I need actual story to fit them in.

The problem is that I don't know how to do this. The wedding does not work for them because it is not primarily focused on them and they do not have close enough relationships with either Gwendolyn or David that would keep them pulled in. So it would have to be Flynn and/or Blake central. Flynn and Chelsea seem to be on the cusp of the choice between becoming a couple or remaining friends, but I don't know what anyone has planned for those characters or thinks about that or if that's enough to start some situation that can make Flynn and Blake valid again and it's certainly not enough to get them relevant for anything going on currently. Aside from that I have no idea what sort of thing could get them involved again, although I believe it will have to either be really dramatic or something that ties them directly enough to another character's past or current situation.

Alternatively I could drop them and make replacements, possibly even an additional new boy and girl. But I don't particularly want to drop them as a matter of principle, and I think four new at once is a bit much, although arguably I could use the characters that were still alive from the last Chemical Alley (obviously not Sylvia because of Kennedy but it's still a shame because before I gave up I was starting to build an -IMO- exciting love affair between Sylvia and one of my deaths, Tristan).

Chelsea: tears started to surface in her eyes and she held Trent the best she could since of course they were in a moving car "Trent, you are good enough and I love you, okay." she turned to Ben "And Ben, I really don't care what you think and I'm sorry that you're just a moody teenager and trust me there are alot of things that I could say to you right now, but I'm not going to."

OOC: Yeah, I like Blake and Fylnn so I'm definately for making them become relevant. Chelsea and Flynn could become a couple (I was kinda hoping they would actually). I think they were still at the food court with Nate so they could become friends since Nate really only has Brittany and Britt is off with Kennedy right now. I'm thinking I'll make Britt and Nate a couple because I really like them originally Britt had a love affair with Ciel, but Dani is MIA so that's not going to happen.
