To the foodies out there, this might be a stupid question. We've eaten at the chef's counter at Napa Rose on our last trip and met sous chef Alex. Is he still the sous chef? Is there a schedule when each chef works, or is it not predictable? We had so much fun with chef Alex, I'm not sure if I'd prefer to meet him again or to meet Chef Sutton.
